This 6-inch automotive-grade wet sanding disc utilizes a silicon carbide coating with ceramic strengthening additives. The extra-thick 1.2mm latex backing resists tearing during high-pressure sanding on body fillers (Bondo®) and 2K primers, while the waterproof adhesive maintains bond strength even when submerged for 24+ hours.
