The 150*7.0mm Multi-Carbon Disc adapts to steel grades from AISI 1008inch 0.08%C to 1045inch 0.45%C via adjustable grit density. Its hybrid abrasive blend 50% ceramic Al₂O₃ + 30% ZrO₂ prevents hot shortness during high-speed grinding. Laser-balanced construction ensures less than 0.05mm axial runout, critical for CNC tool sharpening systems.
