Product Overview
Engineered for extreme metalworking applications, our zirconia alumina fiber discs combine 70% zirconium oxide abrasives with reinforced fiberglass backing. The staggered abrasive clusters create 45° cutting angles that maintain aggressive material removal rates across stainless steel, cast iron, and titanium alloys. Available in 4″-7″ diameters with P24-P120 grit options, these discs operate effectively from -20°C to 480°C environments.
