To Our Valued Customers and Partners Worldwide,

As the winter snow begins to melt and the first signs of spring emerge from the ancient land of China, we are about to welcome a new chapter — the Year of the Horse.
In Chinese culture, the horse symbolizes speed, endurance, and relentless progress. It is the companion of warriors, the engine of empires, and the spirit of those who never stop moving forward. At Buddies Abrasives, we see ourselves as your trusted steed on the track of global industry — carrying your burdens, sharpening your edges, and polishing your success.
Today, I write to you not only to inform you of our upcoming holiday schedule, but also to share our gratitude, our pride, and our unwavering commitment to serving you — today, tomorrow, and through every season to come.

Holiday Service Commitment: We Rest, But We Never Disconnect

We understand that your projects don’t stop for holidays. Construction sites, assembly lines, and maintenance workshops around the world operate 365 days a year. And so do we — in spirit, in responsibility, and in responsiveness.
During the Chinese New Year holiday:
Our sales managers and senior engineers will remain reachable 24/7 via WhatsApp, WeChat, and email
Urgent technical inquiries will be answered within 12 hours
Emergency spare parts or order modifications can still be registered and executed immediately upon our return
Our website and online chat systems remain open — every message you leave will be reviewed daily
If there is ever a delay in response, please know that we may be sitting at a family dinner table, or traveling hundreds of miles to reunite with loved ones after a year apart. But I give you my word: every single message will be read, every request will be logged, and every commitment will be honored the moment we are back at our desks.
You trust us with your tools. We trust you with our promise.

Sharpening Our Edge: What We’ve Been Working On

A holiday is not just a pause — it is preparation.
Over the past year, we have been listening, testing, and improving. Here are just a few of the upgrades we’ve brought to our 2026 product lineup:
Ceramic Cut & Grind Wheels — Cold cutting technology, 40% faster material removal, significantly reduced burr, and extended service life on stainless steel and hard alloys.
Action Cut & Grind Wheels — Our exclusive hybrid formulation, designed for one-wheel-does-it-all efficiency. Less wheel changes, more work done.
Castings Grinding Wheels — Reinforced structure for heavy-duty foundry applications. High stock removal, exceptional impact resistance, and consistent performance under pressure.
Velcro Sanding Discs — Upgraded anti-clog coating and improved grain adhesion. Cleaner finish, longer life, and faster change-outs on wood, metal, and composites.
These are not just product specs. They are our answers to your challenges.

Year of the Horse: A Message of Partnership

Dear friends, colleagues, and partners,
You are not just our customers. You are the reason we sharpen our tools every morning. You are the builders, the welders, the polishers, the craftsmen. You are the ones who take raw metal and turn it into civilization.
In the coming Year of the Horse, Buddies Abrasives pledges to you:
To be faster — in response, in delivery, in innovation
To be stronger — in quality, in durability, in trust
To be closer — in communication, in customization, in long-term partnership

We may be separated by oceans, time zones, and languages. But when you hold a Buddies cutting disc in your hand, when you hear the sound of metal smoothly giving way to precision — that is our voice reaching across the distance.

New Year Greetings: May the Horse Carry You Far

As the spring breeze returns to the Yangtze River Delta, as the red lanterns light up the streets of Suzhou, we send you this message with warmth and sincerity:
May your business gallop forward with unstoppable momentum.
May your team be sharp, your tools be true, and your goals be reached.
May our partnership grow deeper, stronger, and more brilliant with every passing year.
We are honored to be your supplier.
We are proud to be your Buddies.
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for growing with us.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
We will return on January 24, rested, recharged, and more ready than ever to serve you.
Until then — take care, stay safe, and keep building the extraordinary.

With warmest regards and respect,
The Entire Buddies Abrasives Team
